When do monthly shipments occur?
For all subscription orders placed before the first day of every month orders will be shipped out within the first 7 days of that month. New subscriptions placed after the first of every month will ship out within 4 business days if stock is available. Orders placed on or after the 15th of the month will receive the subscription for the following month.
How are items shipped?
Monthly subscriptions are sent out via USPS first class mail.
Are there shipping fees?
No. Shipping fees are included in the subscription price. Items in the boutique incur a shipping fee based on weight.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, please choose the international subscription link when purchasing.
Can I return items?
All Pennie Post subscriptions are final sale and nonrefundable. However, if your items are received damaged or defective please email us at info@penniepost.com so we can send you a new one.
What will I receive in my monthly shipment?
You will receive at least 3 stationery items. For example items include, but are not limited to greeting cards, postcards, notecards and gift tags. Commonly used cards such as thank you notes and birthday cards will be included more commonly than other greetings. Seasonal cards such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and holiday may also be included during appropriate months. Check our blog for examples of past shipments.
Are subscriptions auto-billed each month?
If you would like your credit card to be automatically be charged each month for the following month's subscription, please click on the subscription option. Otherwise you will only receive a one time, one month shipment. Gift subscriptions are not auto-renewing and will end after the selected length.
If I choose the subscription option when will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the 15th of each month for the next month's stationery shipment. Please cancel your subscription prior to the 15th if you do not want to receive the next month's shipment.
How can I manage my subscription? (Cancel, Skip, Change Credit Card and/or Billing Address)
Once you subscribe to Pennie Post you will receive an email from info@penniepost.com with a link to manage your personal account. From here you can cancel your subscription, skip a shipment, change your credit card, or billing address. If you misplace your link please email me at info@penniepost.com and I will email it to you.
Do you design invitations and stationery for weddings and other events?
